Are the front turn signal lights flashing faster then normal? Do the rears work with the 4 way flasher switch?

The rear doesnt flash at all

This is not a fuse related issue for the bulbs. If the front signals are flashing fast this means there's not enough current flow because the bulb is burned out for a bad connection on the rear lights. This causes the relay to flash faster than normal. The first thing to do is replace the turn signal bulbs to confirm that the bulbs are good. Let me know how this goes once the bulbs are replaced if it starts to work. If it does not then we can continue checking voltage is from there.
