Prius: I just returned from a 6 week trip. During the time

Customer Question

I just returned from a 6 week trip. During the time I was gone a friend came weekly to start my 2005 Prius and let it run for 10 minutes or so. It's running just fine, but the second day I was back, all the warning lights came on and will not turn off. I just had the car serviced, and when I drive it, it's fine. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

Hello, thanks for postingWhat you are describing is usually caused by a discharged auxiliary battery in the trunk, do you know if this battery was ever replaced and how long ago?
