Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. Please open the hood and remove the cover fo rthe air filter. See if the air filter is dripping wet. If so, the spark plugs are wet too. If this is so, get a can of starting fluid. Leave the wet air filter out. Crank the engine over for about 45 seconds and then spray a quick spray of the starting fluid into the air filter box
