Should i change my alternator? It only happened once but my windows wouldnt roll down, the radio wouldnt turn on, my ac wouldnt work and my blinkers wouldn't work

Hello I will help you with your question,
Be sure the connection to the alternator and the large fuse between the battery and the alternator and to the fuse block are all clean and tight then retest the alternator.
It may be but you want to get everything else that it might be out of the way before you replace the alternator.
On the large terminal at the alternator you should see the same as you do across the battery terminals if you ground your voltmeter to the engine metal.
