Customer Question

Good morning. Our 2004 Sequoia is making an audible clicking sound coming from the relay box area. The key fobs will not lock or unlock the car. I manually unlocked the car and when I tried to start it the clicking stops but nothing happens.

Hello and welcome to Justanswer!
It sounds as if you have a dead battery, but there may also be a power distribution or wiring issue.
The first thing I would recommend is making sure the battery connections are clean and tight. If ok then turn your attention to the battery.
The first thing I would recommend is trying a jump start (not always reliable), swapping in a known good battery, or having this battery load tested. Most big chain parts stores such as Autozone or even Wal-Mart will load test batteries for free.
