have a 1987 Toyota Supra that has been sitting up for 10 years and the motor won't turn over when I turn the key, lights work, horn....thinking it could be the alarm....or who knows

Hello, thanks for postingThe starter is located underneath on the transmission bell housing, you can disconnect the solenoid wire and attach a long jumper wire to it and touch the other end to the positive battery terminal, be sure it is out of gear and the key is out of the ignition.
