I replaced my reverse light bulbs in my 2003 toyota sienna but still no luck
it is there a fuse or relay

Yes there are two fuses that are required the 10 amp gauge fuseAnd the 15 amp CIG fuse and these are both located in the fuse box behind the coin box. The 15 amp CIG fuse is the main power supply and goes through the backup light relay. The neutral safety switch also has to be checked but I would start with these two fuses.

Check to see if the back up light relay clicks when putting in reverse.
