You could use this size tire however you must consider the following factors:

1- Your speedometer will not be 100% accurate due to the larger diameter tire.

2- Your road noise and handling will differ from that of the original size tires.

3- Your fuel economy will decrease slightly due to the larger tire which will cause more rolling resistance.

If you are going to use different size tires it must be all the way around otherwise you will have ABS and traction control problems, If you use this size tire make sure you put 4 of the same size, speed rating and brand.

If you are ok with the factors that are going to change then there's no problem using 225\60\16 instead of the original size, of course the ideal thing to do is to use the original size.
