96 camry 4 cyl, how many quarts of oil do you need for an oil change?
My car now has 190K, my mechanic recommends 20W50 weight oil instead of 10W30, does this sound ok?

You can use 20w50, per the higher milage. But if there are no engine noise or smoking concerns and if you've been regular on the oil services; using the factory recommended oil is always best. I've posted the quantity of fluids and the types below. Thanks,
