Log in to his tax filing account: Your son can log in to his Intuit or tax filing account and download a copy of his 2021 tax return. The tax return should include proof of filing.
Contact the IRS: If your son is unable to obtain proof of filing through the above methods, he can contact the IRS and request a transcript of his tax return.
