It's been past 21 days. I can't seem to find out whats wrong with my refund or when I will receive it. Can you tell me?

Electronic , yes I did last yr.

Ok, the IRS generally takes much longer than 21 days to process returns and send refunds...

But the wheres my refund keeps saying it was only received it doesn't say approved but I was sent a text saying it was approved on 2/7/23. I only need to know when it or approximately when will it come so I can tell my landlord and not get evicted.

Yes, the IRS takes a while to process returns. If it says received that is the first step of the process. There's nothing you can do but wait. There is no standard timeline for processing.

Depends on the complexity of your return, if you claimed credits, etc.

I told my landlord it was supposed to be here on the 27 because that's what it says in turbo tax. I need to some how get an approximate date to tell her. I'm disabled and I'm unable to move .

I have no idea why turbotax would give you an estimated date. You can call the IRS at this number and ask -
