I filed tax return in Turbo tax, but I continue getting

I filed tax return in Turbo tax, but I continue getting rejection. Turbo Tax directed me to contact IRS. According to the error, it states AGI of my wife is incorrect. I checked IRS Transcript and found the amount is correct. Can you find someone who can help me?
JA: Are you using TurboTax online? Or software installed on your computer?
Customer: It is online. I filed 2018 in Joint return, My wife had no income because she was not working.
JA: Anything else you want the Accountant to know before I connect you?
Customer: My wife passed away 7/22/20. Thus it is filed as Deceased Jane Oishi 7/22/20. I don't know if this change is causing confusion, but FYI.

You might just have to mail it in. Did you ask the IRS.
