I was told that my refund was no problem. How ever I still have not had it credited back. And as far as the phone call I N E V E R spoke with ANYONE on the phone. That night or day so by saying I accepted the call is not the TRUTH. If someone could email me to help me clear up this matter. I am VERY sorry for the miss under standing. Thank you
