Rental income from Ohio that resulted in a loss carryover for two years. On the 2017 Turbo Tax NJ return where the personal income had been derived for the last five years only and residence was established The loss carryover from Ohio was applied to the NJ return and a large refund resulted on the NJ Return. They denied it. I it correct for this loss carryover to be applied to NJ in Turbo Tax 2017 Year. It showed on the NJ return as a loss carried over from Year 15 to 17 before the refund was calculated.
