TRYING TO GET CREDIT FOR FOREIGN TAXES PAID IN CANADA FOR A CANADIAN COMPANY. HAVE ENTERED ALL OFTHE INFORMATION ASKED FOR FROM 1099-DIV FROM FIDELITY INVESTMENTS. BUT I AM NOT GETTING A CREDIT. HELP?
