I filed my new business incorrectly as a c-corp, the IRS told me I can fill out form 8832 and change my classification,

  • I take it that you are a single member LLC. There is no such entity as LLC sole proprietor. Your will file your return as a single member LLC. As this is the case, you have until April 15th to file. However, if you think that you will not be able to file by then, you can file an extension.
