You cannot file as an S-corp until your election to become an S-corp has officially been approved. You will need to file your return as an LLC. If that is a Single member LLC, you will file using the Schedule C, checking the box that you are an LLC. If you are a multi member LLC, then you would file the form 1065, which is due today (Form 1065).

In closing, my goal is to provide you with the best experience possible! Hopefully, the service that I have provided has earned a 5-star rating!
