Second opinion] I work part time and have no Federal taxes withheld from my paychecks. In January for the past three years I filed a W4 form to state that I am exempt from withholding. I have not been able to get a W4 form yet this month. What do I do?

Accountant's Assistant: The Accountant will know how to help. Is there anything else the Accountant should be aware of?

No. I only earn about $8,000 in addition to my Social Security.
