You can only set up a payment plan if you've received a bill from VA

If you're not eligible to set up a payment plan through Teleplan because your wages are levied.

You may still be able to set up a payment plan with the representative. If you call during business hours.

Call VA Tax Collections Department at ***-***-****

If they accept the terms of your payment plan - that will stop wage garnishment.
