IRS Notice for 2005/2006 tax -New client brings me an IRS notice - "Intent to terminate your installment agreement". One for the 2006 year and one for 2005. I am assuming the time to dispute or amend/correct those returns are past?Thanks,

Yes, time has passed t do anything to change the tax due on either of those. They can make their payment before the termination date to prevent the installment agreement from being terminated or they can do nothing and the IRS will begin forced collections.
