What is the minimum amount that somebody needs to make in order to qualifies for Obama care? , also I have somebody that did not work on 2016 but is expected to work on 2017. Will the person with no income in 2016 would qualify for Obama care in 2017 projecting she will work? Thank you

You must project to claim at least 100% of the Federal Poverty Level in household income to qualify for tax credits through ObamaCare. This was true in all states. In 2016 this is $12,071, and it raises by about $100 a year.
