This is an IRS Letter 2645C which simply tells that the IRS received items and has not completed all the processing of the items yet.

When processing will be completed - you might expect another letter.

That is for information ONLY - absolutely harmless - and there is NO action needed from you.

The IRS sends out thousands of these letters each year.
