I am age 66 and retired. I have 3 IRA accounts; a Rollover; a SEP; a Traditional. Will the IRS allow me to convert these to a ROTH account? Thank you. jk

Yes - you may convert all these accounts to Roth IRA.Here is for your reference the Rollover Chart you might to consider however - if you choose to convert large amount in any single year - that might push you into higher tax bracket - so you might want to plan your conversions wisely and spread over several years.Questions?
