My family's has a S-Corp for investing. We held our first corporate retreat last year. Organization has been in business for over 15 years. What part of the retreat is tax deductible (travel, meals, lodging, rental for meeting space)? We want to make sure we a treating expenses appropriately. Thanks.

Thank you for your question. If this is a business purpose (Corporate retreat qualifies) then everything is deductible except the meals. Meals are 1/2 deductible.
