Not yet. I am a dual UK/US citizen with a UK employment defined benefit pension. I have an option to transfer that pension to a UK SIPP (self invested pension). What I'm struggling with is the tax filing obligations going forward for the SIPP. After many hour googling there appears to divided opinion on where a SIPP is a grantor trust and therefore I have to file forms 3520 and 3520A or just the FACTA and FBAR obligations.
