I recieved notice of a tax refund from our 2009 1040 revision.

I recieved notice of a tax refund from our 2009 1040 revision. The notice was sent 4-25-11 and stated that I would recieve the refund in 2-3 weeks. I have not recieved the refund and no having much luck getting thru on the phone. can you help?
