Are either of your daughters married? If they are under 24, are either of them full time students? How long did they all live with you in 2010? How much income does each daughter have?

Thank you,

OK. First, to qualify as your dependent, you must provide more than half of their support and they cannot had more than $3,650 of gross income during the year.

The daughter that collects unemployment will not be your dependent unless she collects less than the $3,650. Her children may be claimed as her dependents or yours, but you daugther has priority, meaning it is her choice.

You daughter without income may be claimed as your dependent as well as her children.
