Social Security benefit payments outlined in Title II of the Social Security Act, Federal Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance Benefits, are subject to levy to pay delinquent tax debt.

I read the materials you recommended. I found out that Social Security benefits can be levied, but only up to 15%. I couldn't find out if there was a similar percentage for pensions? Do you know?

No, there is no such percentage limit on levy for other sources of income, such as pension income.
