Resolved Question:

If my salary is $70,000, I'm claiming three dependents, married filing jointly, have 3% taken out annually pre-tax for retirement and $150 taken out pre-tax every two weeks for insurance, what will my take home pay be every two weeks? I live in Albany, NY. Also, if my husband lives in Albany but works in NYC, does he need to pay city taxes?
