Hello again whitemoon,

I apologize that you were having difficulties with the website. I will report the problem to the site moderators.

Concerning the enrolled agent exam, there are several study courses which you can purchase that include sample tests. Here is one website reference in case you are interested, although there are many more like this.

If you want to see a sample of the exam without actually paying a fee for this, the IRS does publish exams and their answers from prior years. The latest exam to be published was from 2005, however, a good deal of the questions on that exam are still pertinent, and would apply to the current year's exam. Here is a link to the 2005 actual exam with answers directly from the IRS website. You can also access the exams and answers from 2001 through 2004.

Just keep in mind when viewing these questions that the deductions and allowances they refer to will be for that particular tax year, but the basic questions for this year's exam will be the same, only using current amounts.
