There is a common issue with this noise, you will hear it more at low speed, The Piston wrist pins are moving
it will not affect the engine performance or oil consumption but it will make that noise
The New pistons for them if you rebuilding it , comes with no upgraded wrist pin that does not wear out and create that gap that is making that noise when the piston traveling up and down the block
at 200k miles & up , is about when we see that happens on these engines
