VerifiedGood Afternoon, my name is ***** ***** ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the Subaru, i know how frustrating it is to deal with vibrations that happen when driving, getting those tires rotated and balanced was a good way to start since most of the time this causes these symptoms. Now if the shop did find faulty bushings that would cause a shake especially at higher speeds, any type of play or wear in our suspension would cause a shake actually so if they found that it was the lower control arms that would be what i replace first here. Let me know what we find out or if we have any further questions, im here to help!
