Have you taken this to the dealer? that P361b code does not exist on a 2015 Forester. A flashing AT temp light indicates a code in the transmission. You should bring this to the dealer because there is an extended warranty on the transmission. And if there is a problem there it will be fixed at no cost. This needs to be diagnosed and scanned with the Subaru select monitor scan tool. The U code you have is a communication code with the instrument cluster. This could be caused by something else. You need a scan tool to be able to scan the transmission control module and other systems. A generic code reader will not work.
