Customer Question
The clutch is sticking...

The clutch is sticking to the floor slightly, enough resistance to notice but it is still shifting gears just fine.

Mechanic's Assistant: Has the clutch been slipping? Are you having any trouble shifting?

The resistance I'm feeling with the clutch is making shifting gears slower on my end due to having to wait for the pad to release itself.

Mechanic's Assistant: What is the model/year of your Subaru?

2007 outback

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Outback yourself? What have you tried so far?

If it is the fluids or a spring needing to be tightened then I'll be doing it myself but if its a pressure plate or another issue I'll be bringing it to a shop. I've tried nothing yet.

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

I haven't check the clutch fluid yet because I haven't been able to locate the reservoir. I know its the first thing to check.
