Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are several things that can cause a chirping noise from the engine compartment. The noise may be coming from the engine itself, belt or accessory noise, it could be something such as an a/c line that is loose or misrouted and hitting something else.

Has anything been done to try to determine the cause of the noise?
