change trans filter in a 2010 Subaru impreza it won't move is there any other way to bleed control valve without taking it to the dealer my snap-on modis scanner does not have that procedure capability.
JA: How many miles are on the car? How has your mileage been lately?
Customer: 85000 mileage is good
JA: Are you fixing your Impreza yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just changed the trans filter it says it is necessary to bled control valve

Hi unfortunately no, did you need to remove the fill pipe that is attached to the valve body to remove the filter,I believe that it may not be fully seated,the bleeding procedure only needs to be done for valve body replacement or transmission replacement,thanks
