Customer Question

poor radio reception
JA: Have you checked the fuses?
Customer: radio works, the reception is terrible. From what I read this is a constant problem. I need to know where to look to see if the power amplifier wire is working and if the antenna booster power lead is in tack and plugged in
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: I am hoping to diagnose the issue before trying to get it fixed
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Subaru Mechanic should know about your Subaru?
Customer: There are some recalls that have been ordered
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Subaru Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

You might have to remove the radio and gain access to the back, make sure you have a good connection where the antenna plugs into the back of the radio.
