Hi there.

Going by the symptoms you describe, there seems to be an electrical issue for which an automotive multimeter is an essential diagnostic tool. Do you have access to and know how to use one of those? If yes, have a helper turn the headlights on and turn the ignition to START while you measure voltage across battery terminals. Did voltage read over 12.2 Volts? Did the headlamps come on? Does any of the warning lights in the dash come on?

car is running-I pulled out all black relays in fuse box in engine compartment and plugged them back in-mius get relays checked -THANKS! John
