Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

A non turbo engine would not be directly interchangeable with a turbo engine. The turbo engine is dual overhead cam and the naturally aspirated engine is single overhead cam. More importantly, turbo and naturally aspirated engines use different pistons to achieve different compression ratios..

If you no longer wanted the turbo at all then you could replace the entire engine, wiring harness and engine controller with those from a naturally aspirated car, but if you have emissions testing you most likely would automatically fail because the engine is not correct for the vehicle.
