1999 Subaru forester, jumper started another vehicle, then had no power, put in a new battery but did not help, not even lights.automatic

Ok, only a couple things could have happened, Either a brief cross jump OR a bad battery terminal connection OR Either a brief cross jump and now bad fuse link,The fuse link is in the under hood fuse box, You can use a jumper wire or something like needle nose pliers to jump the bolt to bolt at the fuse link as a test, Jusyt no way to lose all power unless terminal connection, Here is a link to the fuse box showing the fuse link, Yes, I am here but takes a little time to pull diagrams , review and send info
