Cleaning the Mass Air Flow sensor is not actually recommended. Although they "do" sell MAF cleaners, they usually don't work very well, or if they do, it's not for very long. The sensing element inside is very fragile and can easily be damaged. If you believe the sensor has a problem and looks like it is original, it may be a better idea to replace it rather than clean it.
