I am confused I have a 2003 Suburu Forester with 120,000

Customer Question

I am confused I have a 2003 Suburu Forester with 120,000 miles. One independent auto repair wrote that "I need Front and shocks and all struts, rear brakes needed replacement also transmission service.
Suburu Dealership said "my rear timing belt cover is broken and after market water pump is leaking coolant. Also that my passenger side front axle seal is leaking fluid and rear differential is leaking fluid out of the vent."
I did hit a curb very hard and blew a right front tire, so I'm sure that there is needed work to the right front passenger something.
How do I know what to do, and who do I trust.
