Hello I will help you with your question,

The hose runs up and across to connect to the sprayers >click< here for diagram of the system. If you need to splice the hose autopart hoses will have vacuum line and plastic splices to allow reconnection

They make a poor diagram don't they? Can you run the washer and see where it is leaking?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
not with out some one out side the car. now what????
Expert:  George H. replied 2 years ago.

So you cannot run the washers with the hood open and see where the break in the hose is? The hose runs from the pump on the bottle to the cowl and on to the sprayers mounted on the hood.

Do you think you can find the Tee connection shown on the diagram and see if it is coming out there or between that point and the pump on the reservoir?

Glad you found it, if it is a break in the plastic line you can slip vacuum hose over the ends. Splices are available if necessary.

Please let me know if you have further questions
