Subaru Outback: My check engine light keeps comming on. Car

Customer Question

My check engine light keeps comming on. Car runs rough sounds like might be misfiring. The code keeps comming back misfire cylinder two. Replaced plugs, wires, ignition coil. Problem didn't go away.

The car has 85,000 miles. The engine was rebuilt about 3 years ago @ 50,000 miles  because of the head gasket leak problem. Our family has been the only owners. Also, knock sensors were replaced before rebuild.

It is extremely important that I correct ASAP as I have a 3.5 year old with special needs and a 14 month old. My wife and me both work do we need both cars working.

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here
I would start first with making sure the compression on the #2 cylinder is at least equal with the other cylinders by running a compression test. If the compression checks okay, then try swapping the #1 injector with the #2 and see if the engine misfire moves. If it does then you most likely have a bad injector.
