MY ARCHITECT SPECED FLOOR JOISTS FOR AN ATTIC STORAGE ABOVE A GARAGE AT 30 +10 PSF THE CLEAR SPACE IS 20' 6" HE SPECTS USING 2X12 16 OC #1 GRADE MATERIAL THE MATERIAL IS HUGELY EXPENCIVE IS THERE ANOTHER PRODUCT LIKE MANUFACTURED JOIST (NOT TGI'S) I CAN USE SO I CAN GET IT PRICED Thanks Ed C

Just that the beams will be sitting on a 6 inch bearing wall on one side and a paralam 51/4x18x23' 21/2" on the other
