Customer Question

We are currently in escrow to purchase a house. We noticed uneven floor in the master's bathroom, but no cracked tiles, or cracked walls. Should we hire a structural engineer for further evaluation?
JA: OK. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so we can help you best.
Customer: In the master's bathroom, if you put a leveler, there is one area which does not seem to be level. The bathroom is above the garage, and we looked at the garage ceilings, walls, etc and no cracks or anything that would raise alarms, but a bit worried about uneven floor. Could be when the floor was tiled, the floor was not even?
JA: Is there anything else the Structural Engineer should be aware of?
Customer: that's it.
