Roto-Rooter was called to my home in August 2016 to repair burst pipes that caused raw sewage to fill my shallow crawl space. They were to clean, dry, & seal all joists, after removing sewage debri. They only did 1/2 of my home instead of all. In January my family & I were preparing to move home when my caregiver noticed my bedroom floor collapsed as well as my son's & bedroom that had a lot of water stains on top of his floor & my daughter room buckled and water damage per contractor. Floor was torn up to reveal Roto-Rooter didn't do what they were suppose to and I had to email corporate because local managers wouldn't come out. So from August -2 wks ago the wood dry rotted. So Their managers were talking about blame and I told them I just wanted the work done that was paid for by my insurance company. Roto-Rooter send 2 more teams out to finally get the job done. The next thing I know they come to my home & we waited on their structural Engineer who only gave Roto-Rooter a biz Card & not me nor my contractor. Today he sends a report that doesn't mention anything about water damage which was why Roto-Rooter was called in. After reading the report & talking with the Engineer , he informed me that Roto-Rooter staff that hired him told him not to give me a card nor answer my questions because he works for them. This automatically makes the report Biased rather Than UnBiased. Don't you think? He didn't want to talk to me about any water damage and the reason Roto-Rooter was called & suggested I get a second opinion. HELP I am permanent & totally disabled & this have gone on too long. Suggestions on what directions to head in?
