Customer Question

I have porch columns that have twisted at the bottom. How can I find out what caused this and how they can be fixed. The house is 4 years old and I can't put up railings.
JA: OK. Is there anything else the structural engineer should be aware of?
Customer: The house is 2 story. The columns are on the east and south.
