Is it a single concentrated load at midspan?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have a balcony protection of 4 glass panels approx. 1.5m.wide by 1.2m. high across the length of the balcony.
It will be supported at each end by 90x90mm. posts.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The glass panels are 8mm.thick.

Sketch of balcony.
Expert:  StructuralEng replied 1 year ago.

Will the beam really not support anything other than the glass? Will it support perpendicular joists?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It Has horizontal beams and a timber slatted floor. The front facia of the balcony already supports the beams and the slatted floor.
By taking away 2 posts in the center about 2m. apart, I will have to add the laminated beam below the front facia.

So this beam will or will not support any floor loading? If this is a handrail you need to consider handrail loading laterally which will put torsion in the beam.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The existing beam supports the flooring and rafters but will not support the glass and the handrail as well.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
a revised sketch.

But will NOT support the glass?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can I remove those 2 posts I have marked, with a laminated beam of what dimensions?
Expert:  StructuralEng replied 1 year ago.

You didn't answer the question about not supporting the glass

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, the existing beam will not support the glass if I remove the two posts as shown on the sketch.
