Using space above Garage to build laundry room.
Garage width 20': Length 21"
Height at peak of Garage 12"
Currently the Cross wood beams are 2" 10" (0n 16" center)
New Room to be installed will 12' wide and run length of the garage centered at peak of roof.
If I run Truss support on both sides of the cross beams on 16" center what weight will the new floor support.
